I know I mentioned a lot of negative things that needs improvement and I hope to hear the program gets improved from future students.

Contenu académique du programme
the content varies between each teacher, the positive part is they are bringing teachers from all over the world, the big issue is more than half the teachers needs to be changed or to be evaluated and challenged to improve, some of these teachers do not bother to know the background of their attendees, they only have some powerpoints to read in class, content for more than half the courses need to be changed and the way to deliver the content is very much old school. Again not all, but many of the teachers.

The Covid situation did not help, and made things more worse, most of the students are sufferings not knowing how to access things and trying hard o help each others. They need to be me clear from day one on what students needs to expect and how to access things, orientation is not enough, resources to help not qualified enough.

I already answered part of it in the previous questions, again some need to be changed, some need to improve, few are good. The director is excellent but it is not possible that she teaches the whole program, she needs some better teachers in many of the courses.

Not sure if some of them are that bad, or it is just the process since they just come for 2 days and leave is the issue, some do not care about the quality, they just come waste 2 days and leave.

Again some were okay, some were big mess, time is fine the problem they do not know what to deliver in these two days, the design and content of some courses is not meant for the right audience and not even designed to be delivered in 2 days, also the quality of delivery is really bad for some of the courses.

this is the worst thing in the whole program, we registered mainly in this program to get connections have workshops, find internships, get companies to know us. Unfortunately, this is the worst part., they need to immediately take action in this area.

The director is a very successful person, she is very energetic and helpful and great in everything. However, the issues available can never be resolved by one person. she need a good team and support and that is missing.

Just as I mentioned in the previous answer, this is the worst aspect in this program. needs immediate attention, when students invested their money and time in this program, they were expecting minimal support in this area. when you ask them a simple help they blame covid.

Some of the teachers need to be changed, they do not know their own subject and not qualified enough to teach, or could be they just do not care about what they do, there must be an evaluation after every course to evaluate the specific course and teacher and whether objectives are met or not. Too much theory, very little to be applied back on the job.

The program has good basis but need major improvements, it was a waste for time, effort and money for some of the courses. Although cannot say this on all the topics. the director of the program is a great person, I believe she is going to take actions to improve the program but that may take long before anything could happen.
